I said last week that people were in the mood to get some of the dastardly perpetrators of this housing fiasco. Washington and law enforcement officials around the U.S. are listening to the anger of their constituents and acting by going after alleged and assumed wrongdoers. Scapegoats are needed. Anyone associated with the financial services industry, caught with his hands in the cookie jar will do.

A few perp walks will be just what the doctor ordered. After the Bear Stearns duo turned themselves in, now comes this:
