“Dems are always beaten up for being weak on national security”
This has something to do with Dems being weak on national security.
This is purely for show, Max. The Republicans know that the Democrats are seen as weak on national defense so they are using this as a vehicle to weaken an already weakened President. Obviously, that is the right move for Republicans. You have to look at this from a tactical standpoint. Even Lieberman knows this and was surprisingly defending Obama.
